Voice recorder has been tested and works. In great physical condition. Rechargeable battery does not charge when connected via USB (other USB functions work as expected). Rechargeable battery will be included but has no charge. Unsure of rechargeable battery condition. Alkaline batteries can also be used. Refer to photos for further details.
