ANTIQUE AMERICAN CHESTNUT PICTURE FRAME FITS 5 X 8" WOOD WIDE MISSION ARTS CRAFT

A Scarce Dark American Chestnut Picture Frame with Double Raised Edge, Probably Late 1800's.

I Originally Described this Frame as Oak but have since been Enlightened to the Fact that It is a Much Lighter Weight Wood : American Chestnut.

Measures 8.125" x 10.625" with Molding Width of 1.5". The rabbet Size is 5.625" x 8".

In Good Antique Condition with Some Wear. (please magnify photos for a close look)
