Vintage 1965 Park Marshall Top Mount JTM45 KT66 Pinstripe Amplifier Head *1960s*

A few weeks ago I was contacted by the widow of Stuart Anstis (Cradle of Filth) who had found an old amplifier in her loft that Stuart had owned for some decades….There was no way in heaven I thought it would be one of these! A stupidly rare (1 of 8?!) Park 45 Top Mount from very early 1965. This is one of the first Park amplifiers ever made and has all the layout of a 1964 Marshall JTM45. When I got it, Stuart had painted it black all over - including the pinstripe to the front - so we spent a heck of a lot of careful elbow grease and time to get it right back to original. I couldn’t believe how good the end result turned out! The pinstripe came up near perfect. I do have all the pictures of the before / during / after of the process for the new owner to keep. The Park sat in Stuart's loft for many decades in a box, so was well stored. He'd done very little to it since he got it, and he'd bought it off a local guy to him who'd had it since new. The previous owner before Stuart had had a 784-139 output transformer fitted in the late 1960s, which is still in there. It works perfectly and sounds absolutely stunning. This is one of my favourite amplifiers I’ve ever had in at The Music Locker, and it’s now ready for sale. I doubt you'll get another opportunity to buy one of these again, so grab it whilst you can! Please see the pictures below as these form part of my description. Any questions, please ask!
