We only send orders by fully tracked post, via Royal Mail tracked 48/24 with delivery notifications / amendments available for parcels under 3kg. Parcelforce 48/24 for parcels over 3kg. All orders are individually photographed & weighed at packing so we can check back in case of any enquiries. GPS delivery location is recorded by our couriers. Please message us about any damage in transit before requesting a return. Once a return is requested, we will not be able to send a replacement item.
