Two US covers each franked 2c cancelled Friday TEX Nov. 13, 1931 and both addressed to Hartford CT.  Friday is a small unincorporated community in Trinity Cty TX.  A post office was opened there in 1903 and closed in 1955.  One cover is open and one sealed with a small piece of paper inside with the date.
