These are significantly better than foam for several reasons.

These plastic trays are WAY cheaper than custom foam.

They don't stain like foam does

You can take them out of your toolbox to wherever you're working and they'll be ridgid, not flimsy like foam.

They're actually specifically made for the listed socket set, not one size fits all.

Custom foam trays don't come with the "steps" in each socket hole, so the bigger the socket is, the more it will wobble. Zoom in on a socket hole, and underneath the number you'll see the step for each socket.

And much easier cleaning. It's plastic, use whatever on it and wipe it down. You have to be very careful with foam.
