This is in excellent overall condition and looks to have been played minimally then stored away. The Record is in fantastic shape and plays great with no issues or notable wear. The outer sleeve is in excellent shape and is still in the original shrink wrap opened on one edge.  This is an original Masterdisk release, not a modern re-pop. This will come in a new heavy plastic protective outer sleeve and will be packaged in a record box to make sure it arrives safely.  Stamped "masterdisk" and has the "Be A Grizzly" etching.
