Vintage Large 14" ACC Syphon Seltzer Bottle Wire Chain Mesh Czech Steampunk Deco.

Vintage 1950s - 60s ACC Syphon seltzer dispenser bottle made in Czechoslovakia. Heavy glass body with metal mesh. 

A seltzer bottle, also called a soda siphon, is a carbonated water dispenser, similar to today’s Soda.  Many considered them essential to the well-stocked bar or soda fountain. The bottle is encased in chrome mesh and has a rubberized base for preventing breakage.  This piece appears to be in working order if you can get the Co2 cartridges.  It is quite sturdy/heavy and it measures: 14 1/4 “ high and roughly 5” diameter.
