1.  The item I sent you must be returned to me in the exact same state it was sent out and have all the original attachments and internal parts. (No swapping over of your faulty item or internals etc and trying to return item as faulty)

2.  if for any reason your item is or not as described please notify us as soon as you receive the item to arrange for a replacement or a refund. We do not accept returns on electrical parts

returns

We are happy to accept returns, if they are returned within 7 days of being received, and providing the item has not been used or opened and is in original condition and packaging. An email MUST be sent before returning your item. A note must be enclosed with the returned item, stating the reason for the return and your ebay login name. Postage for returned items will NOT be refunded.  Certain electrical items can also NOT be returned please check

International bidders: 

before buying or bidding please contact me for a price of post to your country   send me your address  and post codes  and  please check your country  for customs and imports duty   as some country's customs would  not accept item in to your country and return to me  retuns for international buyers  post will have  to be paid  for by buyer
