See pictures. I used this device to power a Gigabyte Motherboard on a 12V power source. I am unsure of the total power capability but it worked well for my application. Probably, used safely for low power mini ATX form factor motherboards.

The QCR code (ioaspow.com) on the input 12V barrel connector opens a site with specs but it is in Chinese.

I will include a barrel connector that can be wired to a 12V source.
