From 1 July 2021 - eBay will charge (will add) additional +20% VAT to your invoice on a final sale price together with postage cost combined - item or items being sold to any country worldwide (even EU countries).

From 1 July 2021 - If the item is being sent from one EU country to another EU country, customs duty is not applied but buyers will still need to pay VAT.
