RETURNS

All items in the same condition as purchased with their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase. There is no need to open an eBay case, simply contact us by email or phone to receive return address details and instructions. We recommend you insure the package and use a tracked service.

DELIVERY DETAILS

• For "Other Courier" deliveries we use Fed Ex.

• A tracking number will be provided on despatch for all Fed Ex UK and Overseas deliveries.

• Post codes starting with the following letters may receive a delivery surcharge AB,FK,IV,PA,PH,ZE,KA,PA,BT,IM,TR,GY & JE. Please contact us in advance to check.

• Goods are only released for delivery once cleared funds have been received (PayPal is the quickest method of payment).

OPENING TIMES

• 10am to 6pm Monday - Friday

• 10am to 2pm on Saturday

• Bank Holidays and Sundays - Closed

• We will respond to all emails by the next working day, but are usually much faster

COLLECTION IN PERSON

• You can collect from our warehouse Popin Business Centre, South Way, Wembley, Middlesex HA9 0HF during the above opening times.

• Please call, email or use the eBay message system before collecting.

• Please note if you are collecting you cannot pay by PayPal.
