This 1460 boot sits on the legendary Dr. Martens AirWair Bouncing sole, which has been oil and grease resistant since 1960 and has good abrasion and slip resistance. The 8 eyelet boot also has a goodyear frame that holds the upper and sole together, which are sewn together in a Z-stitch and heat sealed. The 1460 boot is made from Virginia, a soft nappa leather with a fine grain structure.
