New with tags but they do have a red pen mark on the interior tag. The pen mark cannot be seen when they are worn but I would consider it an imperfection.

Inseam is about 32 in ~ about 18 in across the waist ~ bottom leg opening almost 9 in. 12.5 in bottom of waist seam to top of the bib material.
