This is GORGEOUS AND ONE OF A KIND full size canopy bed. This was made in 1860.The 4 posts and connecting rails are Douglas Fir. The headboard is one slab of yellow pine. This is heavy and sturdy. It is held together with 8 bolts.The canopy  is newly custom- made and fits to a T. It is held on with tacks.  Outside bottom rails are 60" wide.Posts are 79"tall.Outside length is 84".Inside measurement for mattress: 76".Rails are 23" high.Floor to mattress bracket: 17" high.    The canopy frame comes apart for storage or travel..        We are on vacation from May 9th thru the last Wednesday of the month. However,  It is possible for you to pick this bed up during that time.
