These are the perfect size at just under an inch tall (22mm long) by half an inch wide. They are not 'flat like a pancake' but sculpted sterling silver with a curving tentacle and 14k hand applied accents.

All of the colors sparkle in the two black opals almost like effervescent bubbles in pink, red, blue, green and gold fire. The post is on the top portion so that these hang just right. We kept them light in weight so you will wear them effortlessly all day long!

The backing is a butterfly stye but updated and more secure than most. Each earring weighs only 2.3 grams and each opal is a true black Australian doublet with a prominent gold sparkle.
