It is fully functional and comes with the original accessories which are the two arm rests, the extended head rest and the hanging shelf. 

It comes in the original carry bag which shows some minor signs of cosmetic wear but is perfectly functional. 

Also included in the listing are the two half round memory foam Medi-Paq bolsters and the fold down seat which can be used when carrying out some parts of the massage. 

There are signs of corrosion to one of the base elements of the seat but it does not detract from its use and could be touched up easily if you wanted to.
