Women's Wool Pleated Skirt in a Blue Tartan Plaid Floor / Maxi / Full Length with a 4 Button Accent and Fringe Detail.  This is a wrap type pleated skirt with two hook & loop strips and snaps in the front to secure the skirt (pls see pics).  The close overlaps by 10" or to the first pleat on the other side.  Made with a nice heavy wool fabric. Unlined.

No size tag but has a 26" waist so I estimate this as a SMALL
