This vintage Razor was crafted by Wade & Butcher in Sheffield, England. It fits perfectly in possibly its original box/coffin. This is a fine example of a Sheffield  with a “barbers notch” tip.  It retains its original dark horn scales, lead wedge, and steel dome washers. The blade centers perfectly when closing. Its intricate design and craftsmanship by the world class artisans of Wade & Butcher makes this razor a unique addition to the collection of a discerning individual. The blade is large, measuring 7/8 inches wide and 3”long. This is a sought after and very collectible circa 1870s Sheffield razor.
