• We want to make your transaction with us as smooth and seamless as possible.  Please take a moment to read through these notes so you can better understand how we operate and conduct our sales on eBay.
• Most importantly, if you have a problem with your order, please contact us about your issue first.  We want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchase.

Payment Terms

• Payment must be completed online through eBay.

Shipping Terms

• We ship orders throughout the business week and try for a two-business day turnaround. Orders received by 12pm PDT on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
• We do not ship on weekends or US holidays.
• For high value orders we may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
• Your order will be shipped from California. We ship using USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. We generally choose the most economical (regardless of what service was in the eBay listing) however if you have a shipping preference or require expedited shipping, please send us a message and we will accommodate if you pay for the additional cost of shipping.
• Delivery dates or shipping times are estimates. Once we hand it off to the shipping carrier it is out of our control and delays could happen for any reason at their end.

Returns

• All of our items may be returned within 30 days unless otherwise noted.
• The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as they were shipped with all accessories.
• Refunds will be issued only after we receive the returned item, and it is examined.
• Original shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.

• BDP Hardware is not sponsored by or affiliated with the brand(s) associated with the product being offered for sale.
• We are a reseller and not able to provide specific fitment information. Whenever possible, we try and provide additional product specs so that you can determine if the item is right for you.
• Listing photos are generally the item you are buying or like the items for sale and are representative of the quality of item you will receive.
• We are a reseller not a Harley-Davidson dealer. Fitment details are provided in good faith and do not guarantee suitability for your bike. If in any doubt, please contact your local dealership.
• Please ask any questions regarding the item description or condition before laying your money down.
