USPS Priority Mail: Beginning around mid 2020, USPS Priority Mail service delivery has grown increasingly unreliable. The documented delivery time estimate is 2-3 days for USPS Priority Mail, but a number of our shipments have been taking 1 to 2 days beyond that, with a small percentage (< 5%) taking up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you would like to upgrade to Fedex 2-Day Express delivery, you may purchase an upgrade for $5 per 4 plants by searching for my "FedEx 2-Day shipping upgrade" item.

All plant photos show the exact plant being offered and were taken at the start of the listing on 3/07. Unfortunately, I do not have a flower photo of this cross available. The flower photo is of California Girl. Plants grown from seed will show some variation in flower color, size and quality.

Payment:

Payment is due no later than 3 days after the end of the listing. eBay tracks our promptness in shipping items, so if you would like to have shipment delayed due to vacation or weather  concerns, please let us know and then wait to pay until you are ready for shipment. If you are bidding on multiple items, please wait until all the auctions have been completed before making payment so that the multi-item shipping discounts will be correctly calculated. 

Shipping:

Shipping is restricted to the Continental US only. We do not ship to APO addresses or Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. No international shipments, no exceptions.

Most shipments are sent via USPS Priority Mail. However, at our discretion, larger shipments (over 3 pounds) to the Eastern U.S. may be sent via Fedex 2-Day service. If you have any issues with receiving Fedex 2-Day shipments, please notify us at or before the time of payment.   

 

Depending on when payment is received, we typically ship on Monday, Tuesday or (sometimes) Saturday to avoid having shipments getting stuck on a truck or in a warehouse over the weekend. If you would like your purchase shipped on a different day, please let us know, but plants shipped on Wednesday – Friday have a greater risk of getting stuck on a truck or in a warehouse over the weekend. Once your shipment leaves our control, we cannot be responsible for delivery delays, loss or damage.

 

We do our best to protect plants and flowers but cannot guarantee spikes or flowers.

 

Unless requested, we DO NOT use heat packs in the winter, so make sure to provide a shipping address where someone will be there to receive plants immediately. If you prefer us to ship with a heat pack, they are available for purchase separately. The total combined heat pack cost of $5.50 ($2.50 + $3.00 shipping charge) is to cover the cost of the heat pack as well as the additional weight related shipping costs.

 

If you would like us to delay shipping plants for a few days (due to availability or anticipated weather conditions), please let us know prior to payment.   

Shipping Discounts: 

Discounts are given on all multi-plant shipments, provided they are all purchased in a single payment. If included with another plant (of equal or greater shipping cost), the additional shipping cost for this plant is $3.  

Return Policy: 

We take great care in packing your plants and checking to make sure each plant is healthy when it leaves our nursery. If your plants do not arrive in good condition, please e-mail us within 72 hours of receipt with a description of the problem We will do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
