COMPLETE AND WORKS!  A GREAT PLUG IN AND DISPLAY PIECE....NOT A PROJECT.   Very little signs of age.  None of the drums have not splits which is common for these.  The brass has light signs of age.  The cord could use a little cleaning if wanted.  The cord is in good shape with no cuts or shorts.  The switch works as it should.  To be picky there is one small scratch on the inside wooded area and the top trim piece has a small separation...barely worth mentioning.
