Vintage 1960’s Simplicity Pattern Junior Petites Jiffy One-Piece Dress Simple-to-Sew:

The loosely fitted dress is sleeveless with a scooped neckline and back zipper closing. Dress has darts at front underarm and back neckline. V. 1 features drawstring slipped thru a casing above the waistline tieing into a bow at center front. V. 2 included an optional tie belt made of self fabric and worn at waistline.

Pattern and complete instructions in good condition, piece C has a small tear, easily taped. Was wrinkled when put back in pattern by original owner.
Envelope has minor storage wear, some age discoloration, light pencil marks on envelope back.
