If your golf cart OBC is abnormal, our charger may not be able to charge your golf cart. You will need to use the supplied OBC cable and follow the instructions to bypass the OBC in order to charge your golf cart.
If the charger is not charging your golf cart, check the OBC of your Club Car cart immediately!

Why is that?
Some Club Car-branded golf carts come with an OBC feature that prevents non-Club Car-branded golf carts from charging their batteries.
For these golf carts, wiring modifications are usually required before the charger can be used for charging. We include instructions and the wiring that needs to be used in the package. If the charger does not charge your golf cart, you may need to "bypass the OBC" according to the instructions.
