It turns on, but the tray does not open. My father tried to fix it in the past, but the rubber of the tray is broken, so he gave up and left it as it is.  Also, there is a scratch on the right corner and a rattling sound inside when the unit is shaken lightly. We think there is some kind of damage inside, but we do not know the details.  Other than the SL-GC10, the only other items included are the controller, Animal Crossing+, and a memory card.
