A Turkish Kutanya / Kutahya Hanging Plate with Iznik style decoration.

In the centre is a stylised mosque, with flowers and a green floral border.  The text around the outside is, what I believe to be, quotation from the Koran.

Stamped on the reverse with what appears to be:

ELHAMRA ḈINIFB
MADE IN TURKEY
KOTANYA

The diameter is around 255mm, while the depth is 30mm
