All our devices are shipped on a Tracked 24 service with Royal Mail for fastest delivery. The devices are packaged in our non-branded boxes with foam inserts. Included with the device will be a USB to Lighting cable and a SIM pin tool.
Returns
In the unlikely event there is any fault with the device, please contact our dedicated customer services team on eBay who will be happy to help resolve your issues.
If you would like to change your mind, you have 30 days to return the device for a full refund, after this, we offer a 12 month warranty from date of purchase allowing for repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will look to refund and inform you of this.
All our devices come with 12 months warranty for faults not caused by general wear and tear or usage. Please note, any device returned to us outside of the sold condition or with signs of physical damage, water damage or third party repairs no longer qualify for our warranty.
