Once you click “Buy It Now”, it is really only a matter of moments when the item is already with you thanks to our partnerships with fast logistics services providers of UPS (Next Day), Parcelforce (24 Hrs or 48 Hrs) & Royal Mail combined with same-day. Therefore, orders placed till 12PM have a very high chance of being delivered the next working day already, although sometimes even if you place the order after 12PM you might still make the delivery window!

Unfortunately, our Next Working Day Delivery policy excludes some remote rural areas and countries that our logistics providers simply cannot deliver as quickly to. If this is of importance, please confirm with us via messages or telephoning first before placing the order. 

Also, international deliveries, for the most part, are covered under our Global Shipping Programme, although, if for some reason you do not see shipping to your country you can also contact us in this regard and we will respond to you promptly.

At The Ax Shop we strive to never let down in the first place and list high quality products which we hope you will really enjoy, but we know from time to time a product may need to be returned or exchanged due to various reasons. The items are of well-known brands who pride themselves in making superb quality items that will last for many years, but, of course, things can happen, and, therefore, for extra peace of mind, this item comes with a 6-month warranty with us. Though, some customers have reported having successfully registered the warranties with the official manufacturers themselves, therefore, you may try that also and potentially obtain an even longer period of warranty.

In the event of a return and to enable us to process your Refund/Exchange or Repair efficiently please follow these steps:

Unwanted Purchases/Your Right to Cancel:

• You must notify us of your intent to cancel within 14 Working days of the date you received the item via the eBay messaging service.

• If the item was originally delivered by UPS or ParcelForce or another specialist courier, then we will arrange a return for you (either collection or drop off), and we will ask reimbursement from you for the cost of the return.

• If the item was delivered by Royal Mail or if you collected the item yourself then, also, we can help you arrange a return and will ask for reimbursement from you for the cost of the return.

• All return items of this nature must be in their original and unused condition, complete with all accessories supplied and original packaging.

• A full refund (including original carriage charge) of the order will be processed upon the items successful return.

Faulty Products - Within 30 Days:

In the very rare event when the item you have bought happens to develop a fault within 30 days from the date you purchased it we will offer a full refund or replacement (if the item you ordered is out of stock we will try to offer an equivalent model)

If your item develops a fault after 30 days of the date you received it, but within the 6 month warranty period, we will offer a free of charge repair upon receipt of the item. You are responsible (including costs) for returning the item to us via a trackable method.

• The item must be securely packaged, preferably in the original packaging using the inserts supplied. - We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages that occur whilst in transit.

• Upon receipt of your item, we will provide a free of charge repair including any mechanical parts. If in the unlikely event the unit is beyond economical repair we will contact you and try to offer a like for like replacement.

• When we have repaired your item we will return it to your choice of any UK Mainland address free of charge and contact you beforehand.

• Our free of charge repair service excludes cosmetic/accidental damage and customer misuse. In the event of an item being returned to us for these reasons we will contact you and provide an estimate for repair or ask you to collect the item from us at your expense.
