Wheels September 1955
Wheels is an Australian car magazine owned by “ARE Media” who
acquired it in 2020. Wheels Magazine is sold in Australia and New Zealand
only and was founded in May 1953 by Ray Yeomans. Since 1963 Wheels annually announces
its’ “Car of the Year”, an award created by Bill Tuckey. Wheels Magazine is
highly regarded by Australian and New Zealand car enthusiasts and makes for a
great read, covering every aspect of
car culture.
For sale is a September 1955 edition of Wheels Magazine featuring the new MG EX 182 and
the Singer Sports Tourer for 1955, along with an interesting in depth article
on Dream Highways. The condition I would describe as 9/10, excellent condition
for its age of 68 years. This magazine has some excellent articles for MG and
Singer enthusiasts making it a worthwhile addition to your collection of
motoring memorabilia.
