The case is nice and at one time I had the pen too, but it has long ago been lost.

Very nicely weighted letter opener and fine pair of scissors, the case has a lid and it is in good shape.

There is also a thermometer, the first picture is of room temp and the second is after sitting next to my Edenpure for a few minutes
