Car box trailer. It has a metal base, I think its 5 x 3, and has wooden sides and a metal back.
It has been outside my house for many years, and I am not sure if the lights, tyres or in fact anything still works.
The floor is ok, being metal, and the surround looks ok also.
It may hitch on and all is good, ie lights and wheels and tyres are all doing what they should, HOWEVER....It might need electrics need fixing, may need new tyres etc etc.....
