CARD QUALITY CONTROL: All our cards are inspected at least twice while in our possession, once when we first obtain the card whether that be pulled from a pack or purchased in bulk lot for resale, and then check them again when they are sold before shipping. We check for any type of surface damage or amoralities that would affect the value and keep us from giving our 100% approval. If there is anything found first inspection card doesn't get listed, if we find anything during pre-shipping inspections we notify customers and card doesn't get sent.

SHIPPING METHODS/PROCEDURES: All cards get shipped with at least 3 steps for transit safety. Cards get put into penny sleeve and then put inside a sturdy top loader that will protect it from bents and creases during shipping, but we also put that top loader inside its own personal 3x5' personal resealable zip lock bag that keeps card from sliding around and out of the protection of the penny sleeves and top loaders.

Currently we have 3 shipping methods we have available with our listings and depending on the cost of card(s) and also what shipping option comes standard with that product. If there is another shipping option you would prefer to use with your order be sure to contact us first and see if we have ability to use the service and the cost.

RETURNS|REFUNDS: We will refund/exchange any card that we sent that was incorrect or not as described in the listing or any type of flaws that went unnoticed and something we didn't catch during inspections. If there is any issues with a card you ordered just be sure to contact us within the first 48 hours, Ebay offers buyer protection on purchases to help protect you the buyer, we will also work closely with Ebay to ensure that if any type of situations come up they can be handled quickly and professionally.
