We are an appliance service company and this knob came from a fully functioning dacor cooktop.the customer was replacing the unit after a kitchen remodel.we understand some of these parts can no longer be found for purchase or may be pretty expensive.since we can't always save an appliance from being recycled it's our goal to at least find a home for a few still functioning parts.this knob was inspected prior to removal and is 100% guaranteed
