Quality control
To keep the quality level under control, we have introduced a product marking system. The FAST logo embossed or printed on our pieces confirms the total originality of the product. Each of the products has a unique serial number, which makes it possible to check the quality of each product in real time and to identify the production period of a given item.
In addition, a special technical department takes care of quality control and complaint management. Each employee of the technical department is adequately trained. In the event of a product-related problem, the matter is escalated to the complaints department, which proceeds as quickly as possible.
Certification Policy
FAST is a guarantee of high quality products at a reasonable price. We know perfectly well that quality and reliability are key elements when selecting automotive parts. For this reason, all the factories that produce FAST parts have quality certificates such as TUV or ISO.

Package pick up
When you collect a package, always make sure that it has not been tampered with, that it does not have an improbable weight, that there are not two different types of tapes for closure, that the name on the transport document matches the name on the package, if you have doubts about the integrity always write on the document "we accept subject to verification of the integrity of the contents", because in case you sign the document without reservation you declare that the package is intact and the contents perfect, therefore once signed in case of damage the object is not refundable.

It is important to communicate a landline or mobile telephone number to be traced, by us or by the courier, during the delivery of the package if there are problems.

The purchased goods will be delivered to the destination address specified by the customer in the purchase.
The customer is advised to always sign the courier's waybill "subject to verification of the integrity of the contents". Claims regarding damage to the material caused by the courier that are not signed with the aforementioned apostille cannot be resolved.
The warehouse stocks are not directly connected to the online site, therefore, it is possible that some products on the site are not currently available in the warehouse.
In case of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested goods in the warehouse, Ci.Di. Service srl:
- will inform the customer via e-mail;
- in the shortest possible time, and in any case within thirty days starting from the day following the arrival of the confirmation e-mail, will refund the customer any sums paid for the payment of the supply, unless the customer communicates that he wishes to wait the purchased product
Any kind of delay relating to the delivery of the goods purchased is exclusively attributable to the shipper.
Any delays do not involve the cancellation of the order.
Once the order has been placed, the delivery cannot be rejected. Any stocks and returns will be charged exclusively to the customer.
This in order to fully satisfy the condition of art. 53 of Legislative Decree no. 206 dated 06/09/2005.
It is forbidden for the Customer to enter false, and/or invented, and/or fictitious data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the procedure for the execution of this contract and the related further communications; the personal data and e-mail must be exclusively one's real personal data and not of third parties, or of fantasy.
It is the buyer's duty to verify the integrity of the material received no later than 3 days (natural and consecutive) from the arrival of the product. After this term Ci.Di.Service srl will no longer be responsible for damage, lack of material or spare parts and replacement.
Ci.Di.Service srl reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.
