1961 Gibson Les Paul Junior SG Jr Cherry Red Electric Guitar w/ OHSC

Hey now! I'm excited to offer one of the cleanest '61s I've ever seen.
This is a 1961 Gibson Les Paul Junior SG Jr Electric Guitar.
It weighs 6 lbs 12 oz, 24.5" scale, 1.68" nut width, serial 38568.
This example is Gibson at its finest - slab mahogany body, one piece mahogany neck, and a single P-90.
It has incredible natural resonance, and you know when an electric sounds that good unplugged, you're in for a treat when it's plugged in.
From the first strum, the entire guitar responds perfectly with that warm mahogany tone.
Amazing tone transfer here.
The single P-90 adds that amazing Gibson midrange.
Played clean, this Jr has a deep tone with some nice high end overtones.
Roll the tone back, and this guitar is capable of a tone that will make your neck pickup jealous.
Add some gain and the P90 opens up beautifully.
Solid bottom end, and some awesome sustain.
As incredible as it sounds, it's a beautiful as it looks.
Bathed in a Cherry Red finish, showing off those beautiful mahogany grains.
It's in excellent overall condition, especially considering its age.
Just professionally setup by Joe Giselli. Some normal play wear here, the kind you'd expect from a 60 year old guitar. Marks/scratches, some finish chips, pick marks, etc..
Please carefully look through all of my detailed photos for a better visual description.
It's all original, with the addition of the Bigsby.
It even includes its original case that you see in my pictures.
This is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity here, don't miss out on owning a piece of Gibson history with this '61 SG Jr
Thanks for looking!
