Set comes from smoke free climate controlled home. Bags 1-19 were built, then partially disassembled and stored in bags and placed back in box. Bags 20-37 are still sealed. Incision was made in instruction booklet(which was not removed) bag to remove sticker sheets, of which only some of them were placed. The box is included and shows some signs of wear. Microfigures are still in sealed bag.
