Imperial Russian Double Eagle Note Holder Repousse Pewter Brass Antique Czar
Antique Imperial Russian metal note holder. We're not completely sure of the metal makeup as parts appear to be brass or bronze and much of it seems to be pewter. The entire piece is NON magnetic. No date or maker's mark. No paper pad (if that was its original use).
Approximately 3-1/4" x 5".
Good antique condition. Wear cocsistent with age.

On the other hand if we under-estimate shipping, WE will pick up the difference. Sorry, but we DO NOT and WILL NOT ship using buyers' shipping accounts.
In case of lost or stolen mail: We will give refund only AFTER we receive refund from post office.
We do not sell to 3rd party warehouse bidders and we DO NOT put item numbers on outside of parcels!
About our items: Most of our items are vintage or used...and may have signs of wear and age. We describe our items as best we can but we ask that you, the bidder ask all questions BEFORE you bid.
Our refund policy: We DO NOT routinely give refunds. Occasionally we have missed something with an item...in those cases we have always and will always, work with the buyer, but we will report any abuses to the ebay security center.
About your obligation to us: PLEASE follow through with full payment within 3 days. After 3 days, if we have not received payment or contact from you, a non-paying report will be filed with ebay and item will be relisted.
About payment & shipping: We ship on Tuesday & Thursdays and try to ship within 48 hours of receiving payment. So if an auction ends on a Friday, we may not ship until the following Tuesday.
We ship most items with a delivery confirmation and will always have available a receipt that your item was shipped.
