c1820 French Sevres Style Gilt bronze mounted cabinet plate. The only identifying marks are an incised what I believe to be 24-C it is a large incision under the glaze taking up the entire area between the outer and inner footrims. Good early piece from the first half of the 19th century, entirely hand painted, the border has a matte finish, 9.75" wide.
