1960's California Artist Paul E. Killinger (1927-1996) turned Brazilian mahogany wood bowl with Lid Mid Century Modern. He came from PA Originally to southern California. He was included in the craft show at the Pasadena Art Museum in 1965 that was titled California Design 9 that was a who's who of design, including Evelyn Ackerman, Paul Soldner, the Natzlers, Sam Maloof, and many more. He had 3 wood bowls in the show. His address in Ca. was 5104 Valencia Dr. Orange. He was a contemporary of Paul Eshelman, the famous bowl turner from Pa. whose bowls are about $1000. This bowl is marked on the bottom with his stamp "Paul". Good condition with no damage or significant wear.
