Description

Made in 1995." OMI" period steel body dobro, round neck, 14 fret joint. It looks like a wood body, but it is actually a steel body. The model number has just changed, so we are not sure if it is a DS33 or Model 88. The nut width is about 44mm, and the neck grip is thin. You can enjoy the reverb-filled resonator sound of the cookie bridge.

There is no particular repair history or parts replacement.

Externally, there are scratches where the paint has peeled off, as well as scratches and scuffs commensurate with the age of the instrument.

The neck is almost straight and the string height is about 2.5mm on the 6th string at the 12th fret and 2.0mm on the 1st string, which is easy to play even on normal play. There is still room to shave 2mm or more off the bridge, so you can lower the string height if you like. The frets are about 70-75% full, and the truss rod has been checked in both directions. Strings used: 012-053.

The original hard case is included, but when the case is opened, the cloth that stops the case at 90 degrees has come off. Please check the pictures.
