What a fantastic find!
Spode Copeland Cabinet Plate imported by Davis & Collamore in New York circa 1911.
Davis & Collamore were rivals of Tiffany & Co. at the time.
They commissioned wares from Copeland Spode during this time.
The back stamp reading 7 & 9 East 52nd Street, New York dates this plate to 1911.
This plate is in amazing condition. It was likely never displayed, the colors are bright and the gilt gold is intact.
There is a small nic on the back and is shown multiple times in the photos.
The plate measures approx. 9 inches wide.
