Aluminium Bi-folding Doors in Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016), bespoke made to the highest quality by 'Cortizo'.

Carefully removed by professional fitters.

Condition

• Was only installed in a showroom for 6-12 months.
• Excellent/ very clean condition both sides.
• There are a few scratches on the doors, however these are only cosmetic and could be touched up (see photos).

Security

• 3 point 'FUHR' locking system making it very secure.
• Comes with 3 keys.

Opening

• Externally opening & stacking doors.
• When viewing from the outside, the main traffic door opens separately on the left.
• When fully open, 1 door stacks to the left and 3 doors stack to the right.
• Doors are bottom rolling.
• Magnetically held together when stacked, to stop any movement.

Glazing

• Glazing is 28mm thick double glazed, clear grey warm edge spacer bar, Low E, filled with Argon gas for extra efficiency.
• There is no condensation occurring inside the pane/s.

Colour

• The colour externally and internally is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016),with a matching frame either side.
• The colour of the handles is Anthracite Grey (RAL 7016) and the colour of the hinges is Black.
