Focus works, feels like its catching on something when moving from close focus

Iris works, is declicked and feels a little stiff

No haze or fungus. 

There is dust and scratches to the optics

Those are the reasons for the auction and a lower price. 

This is a full frame lens, which is also a fully manual lens, meaning that the operator manually  changes focus and iris, rather than the camera.
