These are (3) Original Deardorff Large Knurled Knobs for the three pinion rods for focusing as well as front & rear extensions on V8 Deardorff 8x10 Cameras.  These are offered in aluminum for lighter weight than the older nickel-plated brass ones.  Check the photos for overall condition.
