"Little Orphan Annie and THE BIG TRAIN ROBBERY"  -  The Big Little Books

The Big Little Books, first published during 1932 by the Whitman Publishing Company of Racine, Wisconsin, were small, compact books designed with a captioned illustration opposite each page of text. 

Stories were often related to radio programs (The Shadow), comic strips (Little Orphan Annie), children's books (Uncle Wiggily), novels (John Carter of Mars), movies (Bambi), and cartoons (Mickey Mouse). 

• Condition: As a vintage book, I would rate it as Fine condition, (although I'm not an expert). The pages have some yellowing from it's age and the corners have a tiny bit of wear. The spine is tight.
