Cooke's improved hole cutter kit with  the optional ratchet handle accessory.

These are a tool for cutting larger diameter holes in sheet metal than you could do with a regular drill. you punch a 10mm hole through with a twist drill first and then set up the cutter and backer on the jig and turn the handle whilst tightening the knob untill it saws through. This kit even has it's original boxes and optional ratchet handle. The cutters are sharp.
