Except returns if buyer pays return shipping. I am not a stamp expert. I do my best to accurately identify the stamps and describe the condition including any faults if found. As I am not an expert, I do occasionally make mistakes. For individual stamps sold, if for some reason you question the authenticity or description of the stamp you bought, you're welcome to send it to a reputable stamp authenticating service (Philatelic Foundation, PSE, PSAG, or APEX) to be evaluated.  If this is the case please inform me of your intent to get certification so I can extend the 30 day return policy. If the stamp comes back as being inauthentic or not as described, present the certification to me and I will happily refund you the price of purchase, including the cost of shipping and cost of certification, once the stamp is returned.
