The Bliven Opera House - Westerly, R.i. - Silver Gelatin Photograph

The Bliven Opera House was built in 1884 by C.B. Bliven. When first built,

its seating capacity was one of the largest in New England. This is a rare image of

one of Westerly’s treasured destinations of years past.

This is an original silver gelatin darkroom photograph.

the bottom left. It might be able to be removed with a little soap and water?

There are a few small dents but they may become unnoticeable if dry mounted.

The back of the photograph has some light staining. See images to judge condition.

The photograph will be rolled and shipped in a 3” x 17” cardboard shipping tube.
