Fabulous true vintage gems!! Tartan ribbon clip on shoe bows by Bally, complete with card and price £19.95!! I guess they are 1990s, the Bally collectors may know better :) they are in as new vintage shape, they are delicate considering age, glued in hinge fastenings, just ask if you have any questions !
