x2 MIMO USB MINI MONITOR Model UM-720S ~ Not Sure How to Test ~ LOT OF 2

This eBay listing is for a used lot of 2 Mimo USB Mini Monitors model UM-720S that come as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. I'm not sure on how to test this out. Both are the same model number and they should have touch screen control but it only shows my desktop and doesn't have my icons and it doesn't do anything. I downloaded the drivers and installed the Microsoft app that they requested as well and it still just shows my desktop picture on both units. No other testing was done. Selling the lot AS-IS. It does included 2 USB cables. I found the following on the companies website about these models:
